Your mission

As an important part of our People & Culture team, you will take responsibility for operational HR topics:

You will be involved in the planning and organisation of our quarterly Team Weeks and other team events such as coffee chats
You support applicant management and the onboarding of new employees
You work in employer branding
You set up employee surveys and analyse the results

Your profile

You are studying business administration, business psychology or similar
You have already gained experience in HR, ideally in a start-up
You have strong knowledge and practical experience in dealing with social media platforms
You have a strong service orientation and a friendly, confident demeanour
You have excellent communication skills
You have a structured way of working and a talent for organisation
You are proficient in Microsoft Office
You are fluent in German and English
