Your mission

As our Chief of Staff, you’ll play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of PartsCloud. Partnering directly with our founders and leadership team, you’ll drive strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment to ensure the company’s vision is realized. Your work will span across strategy, operations, partnerships, and organizational growth, positioning you as a trusted advisor and key driver of impactful initiatives.

What You’ll Be Working On

Strategic Leadership:

Act as a strategic thought partner to the founders, providing insights and recommendations on business priorities, product roadmap, and scaling strategies.
Collaborate on long-term planning, structure and execute key strategies, and take a hands-on role in driving these initiatives forward as if you were a founder yourself, ensuring alignment and impact across leadership meetings and company-wide efforts.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee and optimize key operational processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Lead and execute high-stakes projects across departments, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Facilitate collaboration across teams, ensuring priorities are aligned, communication is streamlined, and initiatives are executed seamlessly.
Serve as a bridge between leadership and the broader team, ensuring transparency and clarity in decision-making.

Stakeholder Management:

Build and nurture relationships with key external stakeholders, including partners, investors, and advisors.
Support fundraising efforts and contribute to investor communications and strategy.

Organizational Development:

Identify and address organizational challenges, driving initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and employee engagement.
Mentor and coach team members, ensuring professional growth and alignment with the company’s vision.

Who We’re Looking For

You have 5-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, startups, or other high-pressure environments, with a proven track record of leading and executing complex initiatives. Known for your structured problem-solving and strategic thinking, you excel at turning ambiguity into clear, actionable outcomes. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to influence stakeholders across all levels effectively. Data-driven and precise, you leverage analytical tools to guide decision-making.

Influential Leader: You have a proven ability to build trust, influence outcomes, and guide cross-functional teams at all levels of an organization.

Exceptional Communicator: Whether presenting to the board, negotiating with partners, or coaching team members, you communicate with clarity, structure, and confidence.
Highly Organized & Driven: You thrive on tackling ambitious goals, managing multiple priorities with precision, and ensuring follow-through on high-stakes initiatives.
German Language: Fluency in German is a plus, but not a requirement.

HubSpot: Master HubSpot to manage marketing, sales, and customer relationships, ensuring smooth pipeline management and driving key metrics.
