Sales Development Representative (all genders)

Your mission
As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the driving force behind the qualification and generation of sales opportunities within the After Sales Service and Maintenance sector. Your main mission will be to creatively identify and qualify leads, converting them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for our Account Executives (AEs). You’ll be part of a growing team, working closely with AEs, the CEO, and other departments to accelerate our sales pipeline and drive PartsCloud’s expansion in the market.
What You’ll Be Working On
  • Lead Qualification and Generation:
    • Own your lead generation process by identifying high-quality leads in the After Sales Service and Maintenance markets.
    • Qualify these leads through creative and unorthodox approaches, ensuring that they are ready for the sales pipeline.
  • Creative Outreach:
    • Develop and execute creative, unconventional outreach strategies that effectively capture the attention of target personas, driving their interest in PartsCloud’s solutions.
    • Experiment with innovative methods for prospecting and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Pipeline Development:
    • Take full ownership of your pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads to support the Account Executives’ efforts.
    • Work closely with AEs to manage the hand-off process and ensure smooth transitions from initial contact to full sales engagement.
  • Strategic Market Impact:
    • Contribute to PartsCloud’s market strategy by gathering insights from prospects and providing feedback to the product and sales teams.
    • Help refine sales processes and outreach methods to continually improve lead qualification and conversion rates.
Who We’re Looking For
  • SaaS Sales Experience: You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role, ideally in the After Sales Service or Maintenance sector, with a proven track record of generating and qualifying leads.
  • Creative Thinker: You think outside the box and are passionate about finding unconventional ways to reach potential customers and spark their interest in PartsCloud’s solutions.
  • Goal-Oriented: You are driven by targets and are committed to meeting or exceeding them by consistently generating high-quality leads.
  • Self-Starter with Initiative: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can work autonomously, driving your own success while collaborating effectively with others.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools to track and manage leads efficiently.
  • Fluent Communicator: You’re fluent in both German and English, with the ability to tailor your communication to resonate with different personas across industries.

The Tools You’ll Be Using
  • HubSpot Sales Hub: You’ll use HubSpot to manage leads, build workflows, sequences, and campaigns, and track KPIs effectively.
  • SDR Tools: Leverage SDR tools like Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo or similar to automate and streamline your outreach efforts, identify and engage with prospects and gather actionable insights on prospects and enrich your lead database with accurate contact details.
  • Excel & PowerPoint: These tools will be your go-to for preparing customer pitches, building offers, and reporting on your progress.
