Your mission

As our Founders Associate based in Berlin, you’ll work directly with our COO and play a key role in driving strategic and operational initiatives across the business. You’ll be the right hand in day-to-day execution and a sparring partner for high-impact decisions. From rolling out internal processes to coordinating key cross-functional projects, you’ll help build the foundation for our next stage of growth.
This is a rare opportunity to shape how a fast-growing SaaS startup operates from the inside, with visibility across product, operations, and leadership.

What You’ll Be Working On

Support the COO in daily business operations, planning, and team coordination.
Drive cross-functional projects (e.g. product launches, operational improvements, or internal workflows) from idea to execution.
Identify and solve bottlenecks to move faster, smarter, and with clarity.
Build and improve internal processes that scale with us.
Prepare strategic insights and reporting that inform key decisions.
Be a cultural co-creator in our new Berlin hub.

Who We’re Looking For

You have consulting experience and are comfortable managing complex projects and stakeholders.
You’re based in Berlin and excited to work closely with the leadership team.
You’re a structured, hands-on thinker who brings clarity, ownership, and momentum.
You communicate clearly, ask smart questions, and stay calm in dynamic environments.
You thrive in fast-paced settings where no two days are the same.
Bonus: You’ve worked in a startup or B2B SaaS environment and enjoy the pace and variety.

You don’t need to be an expert in all of these. What matters most is curiosity and drive.
We currently use:

Notion for knowledge, planning, and documentation
Teamwork to manage projects and priorities
HubSpot for customer and pipeline insights
Excel & Google Sheets for KPIs, reporting, and models
Outlook & Teams for email and scheduling
Slack for day-to-day communication and quick collaboration

You’ll help us improve how we use these tools and introduce better ones if needed.
