Praktikant Logistics Operations & Projects (m/w/d)

Your mission
  • Du unterstützt unser Projektmanagement bei der Implementierung der Ersatzteillogistik unserer Kunden in den Distributionszentren unserer 3PL Partner
  • Du hilfst bei der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Abläufen bei den 3PL Partnern und Kunden mit
  • Du gestaltest aktiv die Anbindung und das Onboarding neuer 3PL Partner mit
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Operations Team hilfst Du beim Aufbau eines Systems zur Überwachung operativer Prozesse bei unseren 3PL Partnern und stellst die Einhaltung unserer vereinbarten SLAs sicher
  • Du unterstützt beim Aufbau eines Reporting Systems für unsere 3PL Partner und Kunden und führst mit den gewonnenen Daten Analysen durch
Your profile
  • Du studierst Ingenieurwissenschaften, Logistik, Business Administration oder vergleichbar
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrungen im Logistik-Bereich oder in der Steuerung von Dienstleistern gesammelt
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch eine strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit viel Eigeninitiative aus
  • Im Umgang mit Prozessen und Abläufen sowie Zahlen und Statistiken fühlst Du Dich wohl
  • Du bist kommunikativ und meisterst auch schwierige Gesprächssituationen diplomatisch und zielorientiert
  • Du bist zuverlässig und ein echter Teamplayer
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your mission
  • You support our project management in the implementation of our customers' spare parts logistics in the distribution centers of our 3PL partners
  • You assist in the development and advancement of processes and procedures at 3PL partners and customers
  • You actively shape the connection and onboarding of new 3PL partners
  • Together with the operations team, you will help set up a system for monitoring operational processes at our 3PL partners and ensure compliance with our agreed SLAs 
  • You support the development of a reporting system for our 3PL partners and customers and carry out analyses with the data obtained
Your profile
  • You are studying engineering, logistics, business administration or similar
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in the logistics sector or in the management of service providers
  • You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working combined with a lot of initiative
  • You feel comfortable dealing with processes and procedures as well as figures and statistics
  • You are communicative and master even difficult situations diplomatically and goal-oriented. 
  • You are reliable and a real team player
  • You have a very good command of German and English
