Account Executive (m/w/d)

Your mission
  • Conducting virtual product demonstrations to attract pre-qualified leads for our services
  • Developing commercial proposals for our key accounts, which involves complex calculations and negotiations
  • Independently managing the entire deal life cycle until closing and continuously improving our sales strategy, pitches, and processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
  • Actively contributing to our sales strategy to ensure our growth for the upcoming years
  • Building a "trusted advisor" relationship with (potential) customers to understand their specific needs and provide value-added services
  • Being responsible for our global key accounts and establish long-term customer relationships
  • Take sole responsibility for revenue and upselling activities for our LaaS customers
  • Participating in speaker activities at trade fairs and supporting our team
Your profile
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industry, spare parts logistics, or SaaS
  • The ability to actively listen to customers and communicate complex issues clearly and concisely
  • Assertiveness and a proactive approach
  • Independence, result-orientation, and awareness of strategic requirements
  • A team-oriented personality
  • Persuasiveness and strong networking skills
  • A structured and careful approach to tasks, with confidence in managing sales cycles and understanding frameworks like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
  • Fluency in German and English
