Partner Manager (m/w/d)

Your mission
  • Identify and win potential partners with whom we can leverage synergies and generate revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Provide partners with the necessary support, resources and information to effectively sell PartsCloud, including product knowledge, sales strategies and marketing materials
  • Work with partners to develop and implement joint sales strategies that leverage the strengths and capabilities of both parties
  • Work closely with partners to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments as required
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to plan, manage and implement partner projects
Your profile
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Informatics, or similar
  • At least 5+ years of experience in sales or partner management of complex products or services, preferably in the spare parts logistics or SaaS industry
  • Strong communication skills and an independent and efficient work style
  • Analytical thinking combined with entrepreneurial intuition
  • A customer-focused mentality and a strong relationship-building skillset with partners and customers
  • Negotiation skills in English and excellent German language skills
Additionally, you should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment, and possess a flexible attitude. You should be passionate about representing the company and being a trusted advisor to partners.
