Who We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Informatics, or similar
- At least 5+ years of experience in sales or partner management of complex products or services, preferably in the spare parts logistics or SaaS industry
- Strong communication skills and an independent and efficient work style
- Analytical thinking combined with entrepreneurial intuition
- A customer-focused mentality and a strong relationship-building skillset with partners and customers
- Negotiation skills in English and excellent German language skills
Additionally, you should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment, and possess a flexible attitude. You should be passionate about representing the company and being a trusted advisor to partners.
